Im just curious how many app-addicts are out there. Considering we still have yet to hit the one month since launch mark. I know I grabbed 60-70 the first day and maybe 100 my first week of ownership. Since then I probably add one or two a day based on hearing about something new and interesting.

If anyone does not know about appbrain AppBrain Android Market - find the best Android Apps and Games you really should check it out. They've got a nice little free app in Market and it tells you everything you got on your SF. You can read reviews, etc. So I'll show you mine if you show me yours:

On regular internet this display box is right at the top of the page. When you access this website thru your phone its all the way at the bottom. So take a screenshot with ShootMe [another free app from Market - which SF users can all use without rooting I might add]. Crop [if you want] and upload and share.

Holy crap saps...I'm not sure if I'm more impressed by the number of apps you have or what you paid total for them!!!!

I'm ashamed to post my spent amount in comparison to yours!

The funny part is my paid amount is actually misleading. I truly have only paid for one app. But appbrain thinks since I have installed SetCPU which does not have a free/lite version in Market that I must have paid the $2 for it which I didnt []. So in reality I've only spent $2.99.

Hmmm, now I feel cheap having not spent as much on apps as the rest of you guys
Oh well I got what I got and it suits me just fine. I am tempted to re-buy LPPlus. I had it a few weeks ago but since I wasnt using the widgets et al I refunded it. However, the new dock features have me intrigued

Rather inaccurate though, since I don't think it counted apps (Tasker, LP+, ROM Manager, ect.) that weren't paid through the market. And it may have counted a couple test apps I've been messing with writing. It looks like I need to download a lot more!

Yeah this is why I was only disturbed in principle when I heard Verizon gimped the internal storage down to 2GB from 8GB. Most apps only take up an mb or 2. None of us have more than 200mb yet and so there's plenty of space left. Not to mention once we go 2.2 and the app supports 2.2 this will be even less of a concern.
Actually my greater concern is I've already filled 11.12GB of my 14.73GB on the sdcard. Im almost to the point where Im going to have to think twice before I grab movies off of iphonemoviez

Definitely my bigger problem, too. I already had to narrow down the music I threw on there to about 8.5 gigs, and haven't put any movies on for fear I'll run out of space. Time to start looking for a 32g card, it seems.

Agreed. I never thought I'd need a 32gb card for my phone. Here's the sad part 32gb will be the limit for microsdhc too. The 64gb spec will be microsdxc. I think many of us [I know I could] fill a 32gb card right now. The real issue is what do I need on my phone. So do I need all 21GB of music I have on my desktop on my phone? No I suppose not and actually for the sake of space I have less than 1GB of music on my SF. 8-9GB right now is just for movies, do I need that much? Maybe not. But I do often fire something up to watch.

Here's the real kicker. Verizon themselves had some kind of pricing error in certain stores a few weeks ago where the 32gb sdcard was ringing up at $49. Oh how I would kill for that deal now. Frankly, even their $99 is pretty decent. Hard to find it for less anywhere else...unless you wanna try the Hong Kong lottery:rolleyes:

Too bad they didn't make it so you could add 2 SD cards. That would have been pretty sweet. Still wouldn't be enough for my 237GB of music, though :)
 ***looking over at my mere 21GB***:(
Well the good news is the microsdxc format will eventually ramp up to 2TB :D So then you can put all your tunes on your phone.
Lord in Heaven can you imagine 2TB on a microsd

Saps, you got me with this one. I started to get my phone setup by installing appbrain and shootme. Then I got distracted and forgot about shootme running continiously on my phone. About 5 times during the day I'd hear my camera go off and wonder what wonderful bug my phone was going through. The only issue was it was OE instead of a phone issue.

Apps:

Total Size:

OE = operator error (typically used in my office when people choose Save... instead of Save As...)

Here is what I'm rolling with:

Device:
SCH-I500(last sync 15 h 12 min ago)

Apps:
48 total, 37 free (77%), 11 paid (22%)

Total Size:
93MB

Total price (currently):
$23.04

By the way Saps, thanks for showing me how to do this because if not I would have never kept track of how much I was spending on apps. I thought I would've been over $50 by now..it was a relief to see the actual $$$ spent.

Apps 204

.92 gb free

Phone doesnt even gripe about it.

Went from eris to incredible to droid 2(for a week) then fascinate.

Still think the incredible is the best, but Im really liking the fascinate. Screen is really nice.

See alot of people from the eris forums from last year.

You picked a good phone.
