Help Qik

I don't know why, but I've never been able to use Qik. My mom has an EVO as well so I've tried testing it b/w us 2. I would make a call to her, and she would get the text with the link to the Qik thing, but it wouldn't work. Then, yesterday, I tried it again with her and she wouldn't even get a text or anything.

Two things you need to do FIRST.

1. Ensure you are using the EVO version of the application. There is Qik, and then there is Qik for EVO. The latter is what you need.
2. Do not attempt to video chat by contact list or telephone number. You need to call each other via your Qik username. Best way to get this is create a username on Qik, then send one another a video message. Then you can use call history for it to work.

This is very cumbersome, you could also try Tango Video which is EXCELLENT in my opinion. However the current version WILL drain your battery severely and the devs are trying to fix the problem.
