Help Incredible Boot Loops Constantly

My Rooted Droid Incredible will randomly shut itself off and boot back on, then shortly after that boot off, etc. It will do that 2-3 times a day. I don't know what's going on. Should I unroot and go to Verizon? Help?

The first thing to check is what applications you may have added or removed. List what you did and maybe we can help. Typically this is caused by what is removed and how.

An alternative is a factory reset and start over. If this does not do it then yes, the trip to VZW is a good idea.
