What is the best tablet under $250 that's out now?

I'm looking for some suggestions on tablets that are out right now, I know of most that are coming out sometime in the near future, but would like to know of some good tablets that have at least Android 2.1 and preferably a capacitive screen, it's OK if it's resistive as long as it's a high quality resistive. Best for under $200 is ZT-180 10.2"(I've got 2)... but I'd wait as for $300 you can get Archos 101 (I've got 1 on Pre-order).... and for less than $400 you can get a tegra2/Malata tab in next 2 weeks...

Thanks for the response, how is the screen on the ZT-180, is it responsive, because I was thinking it might be tough going back to a resistive after using capacitive for so long?

Actually it's surprisingly good though I usually prefer to use a stylus left over from my Samsung 760 WinMobile mobile phone and it is a bit confusing some time switching between the tablet and my Moto Droid1 where stylus won't do anything
