Nope. You phone would need to be a host, and it has neither the hardware nor drivers to do that. Have your friend email it to you.

Sitlet is correct! In order for the phone to be able to read from the pocket drive it would have to support USB host. Several upcoming Android tablets may have this capability but it's doubtful that you'll find this on smartphones.
