HELP!!!! WTF? Touch screen froze

Touch screen is completely froze on my home screen. Battery pulls don't work, tried a nandroid recovery. Can't unlock can't do anything. Ya'll have any suggestions???

i don't understand, what do you mean battery pulls won't work? if you pull the battery it has to restart... does it go back to the same frozen place it was at? does the computer recognize it as a usb device? maybe there's something you can do from there...

Staight back to the lock screen, after 50 to 60 swipes and the screen slowly going down it would unlock and then nothing. Yes, the comp would recognize the device. Called Sprint, they sent me a new one. RU'ed back to stock with the same results, so it must have been a device issue!
