I've searched the forum and couldn't find an answer for this, so forgive me if it is in the forum somewhere but tbh the search function is useless most of the time.

Anyway, since I re-installed the software on my Xperia, I have been having a problem. When I receive a call, it doesn't show it on the phone, it just rings, then I have to slide to unlock, then slide again to answer. This is getting very annoying, so I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve this before I go ahead and re-install the software again

Thanks in advance
Andy

Yeah, just reinstall, in the time it takes to figure it out you'll be back up and running. Although, you haven't installed another lock app have you? If yes uninstall it and see, if not just reflash.

No, no other lock app. I really didn't want to have to re-install as I have alot of apps, contacts, pics, etc, to backup and restore :( I guess I have no choice

No, nothing at all will be affected, but keep a backup of it on your computer anyway. I copy mine over once a month. Flashing is a pain but sometimes it just needs to be done.

Ye I always backup everything to my computer from my SD card, because I like to format the SD card so its a completely clean install
