What are you guys paying to have your DINC?

I pay $59.99 for 450 minutes & unlimited texting + $29.99 data on a single line.

A family share unlimited everything plan should breakdown like this before discounts (assuming all are smartphones and have the extra $29.99 data)

Primary & Secondary Line - $149.99 (base price plan for 2 phones)
Third Line - $49.99
3 data packages - $89.97

Total Bill: $289.95

Total before discount per phone = $96.65

My recommendation to you would be take a look at how many minutes you are using after your first month and then make adjustments to your price plan based on that. A lot of people think they need unlimited minutes and then never use them.

I came in from Alltel and kept my 500-minute plan with a 20 percent discount on three lines thanks to an old friend who was an Alltel store manager :) :

$89.99 for the main line (Incredible) - unlimited text, data, Friends and Family;

$40 for the ex-wife's line (Blackberry) - unlimited text, data, Friends and Family;

$40 for the daughter's line (Blackberry) - unlimited text, data, Friends and Family;

$20 for the son's line (dumb phone) - unlimited text, Friends and Family

TOTAL is around $175 per month after the discounts, including taxes and fees....

This is what I have but we get 6.60 discount on the data as a company discount. Don't forget the taxes and fees. That comes out to about 287 total per month.

It's odd. It seems that almost everyone I know personally pays less than this for their phones on other carriers. I know Verizon is on the higher end, but I am beginning to question if it is worth it?

I am a heavy user (relatively). 1500 mins a month, over 1GB of data and about 900 text messages. Looking to reduce the other lines on the plan to see if we can better work it out financially.

Discount is 18% (sorry, I thought 20%) and it's a 500 minute plan. With F&F we only are charged with less than 100 minutes a month but actually use about 2,000. So if I switched to a Verizon plan I wouldn't have a choice but to go to the 1,400 minute plan because that's the lowest with F&F available...

$39.50 for my 550 family share minutes (21% discount)
$20 for my 5000 texting plan
$23.70 for my unlimited data (21% discount)

so 83 total (then taxes bring my line to 90), plus my parents each have a line (i'm the primary number though) so that's $20 more, and my moms got a texting plan on hers too for 5 bucks. our bill monthly is around $125; we never use any minutes though lol

My husband and I have a family share plan, it's $208 a month (give or take some change) after taxes and fee's.

We both have the Incredible.

We are on the 1400 plan, which is 1400 minutes between us (we never even come close since most of our friends are Verizon customer's which doesn't use minutes and then we added our other most frequently called numbers to the free Friends and Family).

Unlimited text and unlimited data on both phones.

The 6.99 insurance plan is also on both phones.
