Gingerbread right around the corner??

so.. they are all just sitting on the front lawn like that???

hhhmmmm..... ransom!!! anybody in for a road trip?

what would they go for on ebay?
what would google pay to get back unharmed????

If someone did that to Google one would have to hope that Google doesn't take their security as seriously as Apple. Otherwise there'd be Police and FBI out looking for that overgrown cookie!!!

FBI get involved??? I dont know about that.

you are being sarcastic ...right?

It honestly depends on whether or not the cookie crosses state lines. I'm pretty sure that taking the "cookie" across State lines would make it a Federal crime. In California the statute for Grand Theft is goods or services over $400. And a cookie that tall can't be cheap!

hhhmmm... good point..

crossing a state line would make it a Federal jurisdiction...

buti I dont think .. FBI would take up the case. Minor theft/crime. If I steel a motocycle and ride home to my state. I dont think FBI would get involved.

I could be wrong

If it cost Google more than $400 for that Gingerbread cooking... it becomes Grand Theft by statute. Grand Theft is a felony. And Felony flight can be considered a Federal crime. It probably would depend on the U.S. Attorney and whether or not he/she wanted to prosecute...
