Looks like I spoke too soon, reflashed 1.6, run SEUS again and now the update is 163.2mb. The point of that post Jesus is that you flash the Nordic FW to get the update now.

erm im confused lol :D

I only got my phone 2 days ago lol how do I flash it to nordic FW ?

And whats the diffrence between my version and the nordic FW version ?

Regards

Gentle Jesus

Screen shot please!!!! How exciting for you, any hitches?
Apart from flashing twice and still having 1.6, third time lucky though. The only issue is not being able to root it. Don't have another cam for a shot otherwise would post one.

One thing though there was an image of a camera floating above a phone when it first turned on which I just didn't get and thought that might indicate an issue, but a minute later it started up.

yey,i am now nordic

basically followed xda link but had to frig it a bit. first i installed latest jre6 and did the environment variables fix. couldn't get devcon to work so i did the regedit search and placed the id into Deviceid.txt file but then the bat file didn't like it so i had to edit the bat file to stop it trying to use devcon. basically just deleted these lines

@cd DevID
@devcon hwids "USB\VID_0FCE&PID_ADDE" | grep VID | cut -d "\\" -f3- > ..\DeviceID.txt
@cd ..

then it worked!

off to update now
