There's about a 99.99999% chance you'll need to dump the lagfix; unrooting probably won't be necessary unless it's bundled into whatever lagfix you installed.

I used OCLF so I take it Ill have to unroot.

Yea you will have to dump the lagfix then but its not rocket science at all. You'll be fine.

Uninstall the lagfix manually. If that doesn't work, flash to the stock ROM using Odin.

Either way, it's a relatively simple process, the worst part of which is hand-picking which of your individual apps to reinstall from Titanium after the fact (that's if you don't batch-reinstall, which I'm guessing you wouldn't want to do if you like not having AT&T bloatware on the device).
