Help EVO 4G full bars connection is SLOW

Since yesterday my connection on 4G is holy crap slow. Ran a speed test, local server. I'm getting 108kbps down, and 70kbps up.

I've ran it several times, and it's always in that ball park, with the upload varying the most by a couple hundred. I've rebooted several times, with no success.

Any suggestions?

It's probably tower signal, not your Evo.

I know what the OP is talking about but my speeds were a bit faster. With full signal I would only get 500kbps down and maybe 650kbps up, it was wierd. It only last about a week and a half and then my speeds were normail. Like Rig suggested, it may just be the towers in your area.
