Who has all ordered from Tmobile online or over the phone?

I ordered mine on 23rd October, I knew they had no stock in but they assured me the phone would be in stock on the tuesday after, i waited until thursday phoned up again, stock should be coming in on friday, so phoned today stock should be coming in today!

Still no phone as of yet, anyone got their phone yet or any idea when it will come, getting a bit annoyed now?

I phoned and upgraded with TM on the Thursday 21st and was told that the DHD would be sent the next day. phoned again last Thursday 28th and again told would be sent next day. I phoned them up again yesterday and they said I should get the phone now in the next couple of days!!! A mate of mine who was actually phoned by TM on Tuesday 26th for his upgrade received his DHD the next day.:thinking: TM customer service sucks and I now wouldn't believe a word they say. To say that I'm not a happy bunny is an understatement.

Hi ppl, I think I m on the same boat and taken for ride by the T Mobile..ordered my Desire Hd on 24th October..
Well seems to be gud news ...but i trusting ths time :eek:
I got a call yesterday from the T-Mobile outbound team and they said they have got Desire HD in stock now and they would be dispatching them today so by Thursday or Friday latest .. I should have it >>

It is not so much the wait for the phones really, but the lies told by T.M. customer services to customers, plus the lack of any sort of professional integrity from what is a large company. I must say I now take with a pinch of salt what C.S. says as nobody appears to have the right info, and because of this they fob off our questions with the answer that we will receive the phone within two days!!!

well. went to the T mobile store yesterday .. the lady said .. they have got the promotional posters nd all..But still no definite Date for the Stock to turn up..>>
Then again.. in typical T-mobile.. response . > it will be soon there...:thinking:

I hope That T.M. customer services read these forums and take note of the customer disatisfaction of the service given? Its now over two weeks since I upgraded and I am still waiting for the phone. TM give the promise every time I've phoned them to enquire about delivery that it will be, "next day or two" delivery times. Others who have ordered their phone later, appear to have already received theirs.:( If I don't receive mine by the weekend, I will be canceling my contract with them on Monday after having been with them for eight years. I have a contract with 3 mobile as well which will be due for renewal soon, so may wait and see what new phones and deals are around then.

T-Mobile are a real waste of space. A few bad experiences with them now.

Well just received text from TM that my order has just been placed and will be with me shortly. :) Hmmmph! Where have I heard that before? :rolleyes: Maybe my having kept moaning about their service has finally paid off? Still if its not here latest Monday I will be cancelling the upgrade and looking elsewhere for deals.

Well. Saga continues.. still no sign. of desire HD..., Been told again by the T mobile that they would be getting... the stock today.. bla..bla. blaaa.
Any body got hold of this gold dust yet.?.
OFF topic.. guys do we get 3gb of mobile internet in these T mobile (android) contracts?

If not ordered through a third party, I think you get the full 3gb of internet from TM. Well I'm still waiting for mine to arrive after they sent me a text on Friday saying that the order has been placed and will be with me soon. I have noticed that on "My T-Mobile" that they have changed my contract to the new 24 month one, so hope that it will be with me if not today, on Monday, so fingers crossed.

Are those of you having problems with TM upgrading or taking out a new contract? If 'new' I can understand it because they prioritise the upgraders when the stock arrives - been with them years and it's always been the same for sought-after handsets.

Yesterday I was told upgrade deliveries were taking approx 1 week on the 'priority list'. I placed my order in the morning but (very) luckily found a local store that had just had their batch of 10 arrive that morning - got in the car straight away obviously!

Good luck to those still waiting.

Edit - forgot to say that I was told by TM you are put onto a 3Gb data allowance for this phone.

I ordered mine on the 2nd November as an upgrade. Was told a week before I tried, that they were out of stock.
I did get the same message as shariyamungu, as to text from TM that my order has just been placed and will be with me shortly.

So it looks Like Monday 8th or even the 9th maybe?

oooh good, i ordered mine on the 3rd, so hopefully mine will be on its way soon too.
