Help Restoring Contacts, Apps & Notes

My son decided to "borrow" my Fascinate and once I got it back, all my contacts, Apps & Notes are gone, but my music and pictures are still there.

Anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem?

your contacts *should* have backed up to google provided that you made them google contacts and not phone contacts.

any paid apps just go into the market under downloads and redownload them (you dont have to pay again) and free apps, are free apps.

notes if erased are gone, unless they were backed up to your sdcard.

Don't remember backing up anything since I just got this phone about a month ago. I guess everything is gone.

thanks for your help.

sorry you lost your stuff :( at least with android your apps are ready to be d/l again in the market though :)

just with contacts make them google contacts, and then log into gmail on the computer and see if they are there..should be nearly instant sync.

I'm guessing you moved from another cell phone to your Fascinate, which included moving the contacts over? If so, they should be backed up on Verizon's servers. You can go to phone Settings > Accounts & sync > Backup assistant and try that. (Note that both times I tried it, the stupid thing crashed my phone and basically reset it, but I would be money this is because of Voodoo.)
