Facebook Notifications??

I just got the Droid 2 a couple days ago, and I was wondering if the facebook app notified you of wall posts, comments, likes...etc.? Because mine only does for Messages. I hope nobody else has asked this question, but I would really appreciate the feedback.

thats all you get with the FB app for Android. I swapped from a BB and i miss the instant notifications for wall post and such.

Good news is that FB for Android is being worked on as we speak and should hopefully be on par with the iPhone one soon. Hopefully it's done sooner than later.

If you get the emails from Facebook for those things, you should get them immediately through gmail.

The best thing to do is go to facebook on your computer and under settings -> mobile, set up to receive SMS for wall posts. That is what I do and it works until we can get some decent notifications on Android
