I'm getting ready to go out of town on vacation. I'll be using my DINc to take a lot of pictures and I'm worried that the battery won't last. I want to pick up a spare battery and a charger that I can use in the hotel room to charge the phone and the battery simultaneously. Can someone point me at exactly what I'm looking for? I don't want to buy something and find it doesn't work for me once I get there.

I can vouch for the 1800 mAH battery from chichitek. They are amazing and for the price an absolute steal.

I've been using my 1800 battery for two days and its not better than stock. I can only get around 3.5 hours awake time. I was able to get up to 4 hours awake time with my stock battery. I don't think these batteries are really 1800 capacity.

I use Seidio's 1750 plus their charger, which can be plugged into an AC outlet or USB, and can also (while plugged into AC) charge your phone via USB cord. I'm pretty happy with it, although the Seidio seems to hold less of a charge then when I bought it four or so months ago.

Where's the best place to buy this? VZW or are there reliable 3rd party sources? Whether it holds a charge well 3-4 months from now I don't care so much about. I just want to get through this vacation without having to carry a dead phone around.

I got mine from Amazon... it seemed to be the cheapest place, and with an Amazon Prime account you get free two day shipping.

They have larger batteries, like the 3500, but they won't fit in the stock Incredible battery cover. They include a cover, but it probably won't work with any current case you have on the Incredible. The 1750 can be used with the stock battery cover, and thus won't affect any case you have on the phone.

I agree it's probably not 1800 mAH but it's still a GREAT battery! Either you have way too much stuff running/pulling info on your phone or you got a bad battery. I can get 48 hours from that battery with normal to high use. I could probably get 55-60 If I tried conserving battery. Go over to the "I got a 1500 mAH battery" thread and read some of the reviews, including mine. I'm not calling you a lair but I find it hard to believe everyone is lying, including myself, about the results of the htc express battery.

ChiChiTek is a cool dude and I'm sure if you emailed him and explained your battery isn't working as it should he would probably send you a new one. Just curious, did you buy the red battery or the white one? I have a red one and I'm 99% sure everyone I've talked to about this battery has the red as well. Maybe the white isn't as good?
