Droid on page plus?

I just found out about pageplus which uses Verizon network. You get unlimited calls and text for $40 a mo. And I heard you can unlock any Verizon phone to work with it. Has anyone got a droid working? I'm thinking of buying the droid outright then just put it on this other network. It's only a 20mb data plan but I can just use wifi for everything other than GPS.

Not sure if this would work with something like HTC hero, or Moment either?

You could also try boost mobile or cricket. Cricket has unlimited talk, text and data for $40 a month. Idk if you have cricket coverage in your area but its worth a try.

so are you saying I can use boost mobile with an android phone? That would be great. I know they're coming out with some droids in 2010 but who knows when that will come along. Id rather just buy a droid/nexus from bestbuy or something and put it on a boost plan. I dunno how their data is tho gotta see if it gets poor reviews.
