Root Can't install/uninstall facebook app after theming

I just rooted, deoxed, and themed my X using the 928 black glass method in the sticky.

Everything went perfectly.

After the blackglass theme went through, I changed it to the nextheme, and again, everything went perfectly except that the facebook app was still using the blackglass theme.

Now, I cannot uninstall the facebook app (says "uninstall unsuccessful") and I cannot update in the market (says: "installation unsuccessful"; although it downloads just fine).

I tried using root explorer to go into systems/apps to delete facebook.apk, which worked, but I still can't install the new facebook from the market.

Any help?

This has happened to me and it isn't the only app to do it. I have the following that are trying to download in the Market and anytime I click on them to cancel download I get a Market force close.

-NYTime for Android
-Droid X/s Overclock
-Beautiful Widgets
-Facebook for Android

Facebook is not in my TiBu or Application list so I cannot clear the cache or delete it from my phone! Very irritated because my main GMail still is not working since going to ApeX.

uninstall them if you have them on your phone through titanium reboot then go into the market and download it should work. same thing happened to me with twitter and facebook and i did above steps and it works

Can you explain how? I've looked through TiBu and can't find them in there...specifically the facebook app.

i just went into tiatnium and found facebook.apk and twitter.apk clicked them uninstalled ... reboot then went to the market and installed the new versions its pretty cut and dry if you dont see them listed in titanium i dunno the problem
