I have the mytouch 3g with t mobile. I heard that the new google phone is supposed to come out in january. And it will be unlocked to work with at&t and t mobile. I've only had my phone for 4 months and I have a 2 year contract. If I get the new google phone in a month and stop using my mytouch 3g will I be charged a fee for ending the use of my phone?

I think your wrong because t mobile isnt selling the phone, Im pretty sure google is supposed to be selling it directly.

No, Bigmerf is right. you will have to pay full price, but no cancellation fee. Tmobile is SIM based, so you will just swap your SIM to the new one.
