Returning phone to Radio Shack

I would hope Radio Shack would give you crap for it. You damaged something you bought and you expect to return it without any consequences?

I use screen protectors and body protectors on all my phones, whether I expect to return them or not. It's only fair to be held responsible for your carelessness.

Well, if an item is defective (as GPS is in the Epic), I do expect a return.

Also, are you telling me that had I been a new customer, Sprint (and its agent RS) should not live up to their 30-day guarantee?

As for calling me careless... just piss off. You put up a crappy argument. Do you put windshield protectors on your car? How about stuff on the hood? You know.. those rock chips. Damn careless of you.

P.S. I'm not returning the phone because the screen is scratched up. I'm returning it because part of it is defective.

You forgot to mention that very important piece of information in your first post. That's why you got the response you did.

Umm... does it really matter that much? I said I want to go back to my old phone, but Epic has some damage. I never said that I'm returning it because I scratched up the screen (like that other dude on xda or su, can't remember).

This is idiotic. Here's a question and an honest answer out of you would be nice - you start cell phone service, you hate both the phone and the service, but you can't cancel it because there is a scratch on the phone. Would you agree with your statement then? I highly doubt it.
