I noticed after doing a restore to Rubix 1.6 when I tried to access Settings they would not show nor was the Setting icon in my app drawer.

Is this just a bad restore or is the Nandroid corrupted?

Anyone know.

I'm running DarkSlide v3 just fine right now just trying to figure out if my RubiX 1.6 nandroid is crap or not.

My AFV (Android File Verifier) app (free in the Market) will verify the checksums of the files in your Nandroid backup (so it will tell you if the Nandroid backup files are corrupt or not).

Just navigate to your Nandroid backup directory and long-press the nandroid.md5 file and select Verify Nandroid Backup and it will tell you if the MD5 checksums listed in the nandroid.md5 file match the checksums of the files in the backup directory.

Hope this helps.
