Help I need android expert (Droid)

I have a Motorola Droid and after the update a few days ago, all of my contacts got switched to display ONLY my facebook contacts. All of the previous contacts I had in there like "beach friend" or "Mitch" got lost. I can't find them on my phone yet they are in my call log....It's very annoying. I barely remember a question the phone asked me when it was updating and I think that had something to do with it, but I was drunk and don't remember....Any help would be great!

YTry going to contacts...hit menu...hit display options and make sure you are displaying only contacts with phones or that you are displaying all correct contacts from the correct accounts...you phone contacts should be included in one of your gmail accounts. You can also turn off facebook contact settings here as well...fool around in here and I am pretty surethis should help

Try going to settings > Accounts & sync and see if your gmail account's sync is ON. Turn it on if not. If you can't find a solution, you could always backup your phone and wipe it. You'll start off with a clean slate.
