battery adjustment from HTC

i read this on another forum, so i thought i would post it here.
this is supposedly from HTC, and makes an incredible difference
in your battery life. i am in the process of doing it right now, so
i don't know if it works yet, but others say it really does make a huge difference.
1. run your battery down to between 1% and 5%
2.charge completely with phone ON
3.after fully charged, disconnect and turn phone OFF, then
reconnect charge and charge with phone OFF, when
light is constantly green(about 10 min) disconnect phone from charger
and turn on, only after FULL FUNCTIONALITY occurs, turn
the phone OFF and reconnect the charger, and charge a third time, with
the phone OFF(about 10 min)
this is supposed to be the fix HTC has determined will greatly
improve battery life.

When I was trying out the EVO and getting crap for battery life, I tried this. It made ZERO difference.

But YMMV.

I have been using JuiceDefender on my MyTough 4G and that has made a HUGE difference on battery life.
