Help How to change 4 home buttons??

i saw a video back when i was debating between evo and epic, and it showed me how to change those bottom 4 buttons (PHONE CONTACTS MESSAGING APPLICATIONS). i figure phone and contacts kinda go hand in hand so its a waste, and i use HANDCENT. now that i have the phone i cant figure out how to do it to save my life. anyone have any ideas???

the same feature also allowed you to swap around the applications view, and delete unused home pages. i dont need 7 pages id be fine with 4 or 5 (multicon FTW)

I am not sure how they did it with touchwiz, but all that stuff you wanted is available with launcher pro. Just download Home Switcher and Launcher Pro in the market.

i was hoping to keep the original launcher if possible. if not then that might be the way to go

If you install any version of the android 2.2 leaks
you can in fact change the 4 tabs to more or less
even arrange the program launcher

How do you install froyo?

i tried launcher pro but it didnt allow use of any of the samsung widgets, so was useless for me unfortunately. so i will have to wait for froyo for this feature?
