Camera comparisons D2 vs D2G

I keep reading that the D2G camera maybe improved vs the D2. So, the question that rises, is that really true, or just talk? Does anyone have pics taken from each phone so we can compare the quality? And while at it can we compare the D2 camera to the D-Pro? Thanks

what's a D2G...google doesn't even pull a phone if you type in D2G...perhaps that's why you're not getting responses.

D2G = Droid 2 Global

As for a response to the OP I don't think anyone here has handled both phones to know if there is a difference. I know they moved the flash. I believe it is still a 5MP camera, so any improvement would probably be from a software change.

I've seen that the Global does have the bulge where the camera is. I'm not sure the reason, though.

I read somewhere that bulge is there because the rest of the phone is a like 2mm thinner vs the regular D2.

the "bulge" I was told is for radio changes for the global capacity and SIM card changes. I don't have the D2 to compare, but I just came from a D1...I will see if I can take a pic to compare and post here possibly...
