Best email app

I was wondering opinions on the best email app for aol accounts.
Also, has anyone used Seven Beta Program?

Pop the AOL email into a gmail account if you can.

Gmail is push, so it will save battery because you don't have to ask the phone to poll every x minutes.

Plus Gmail gives you full HTML views, not sure if the other apps do that.

If you don't like the idea of popping your AOL into a gmail account, then K-9 might work for you. Don't use the stock email app. It's glitchy by all accounts.

OK, so i did the email through gmail and it retrieved all of my messages from 2008!! And then stopped retrieving at all?

Just wondering if you have tried ProfMail?
I have used this for years with the symbian handsets and now it is on track for android market. Very profesional interface and even as a built in file browser.

Looked at Profmail and and I really didn't want to spend too much on an email app.
K-9 has been really disappointing lately. Not refreshing on time, taking a while to reset when messages are read or deleted. I really need a better option.

I did a quick email search in the Market, and noticed Sky Mobile Email. I believe that it's free, so if you're wanting am alternative, maybe check it out.
