Help preparing Sd card desire HD - is this an error??

ive had this phone for 5 days, after switching from an iphone. its seems great but i found a trick which was Turning on USB Debugging mode after i found it was behaving quite laggy today. But since doing this the phone when turned completely off and turned back on again doesnt boot up as quick as when i first got it.

It goes to a htc logo. then loads another htc logo, does the jingle, then says preparing the sd card, a limited services message comes up and then the phone loads up


why is this!!??

I hope I am not hijacking the post, but I have a similar query. I have ordered a 32 GB card. How do I transfer the data from the first one. Do I just cut and paste, through PC or I have to do some intricate procedure?

why is this!!??

you need to go back into the phone settings and turn on fast boot again as that caches files to the sd card the the phone boots quicker.

i would just format the new sd card in the phone then copy all files from the old sd card to the new one.

Peterjmay, have you isolated the debugging mode as the cause of this?
Is it ok when you turn off usb debug?
