Ughhh, Sprint and Samsung need to divorce each other!!!!

Sprint has me stuck at Hell-o, Samsung Moment, I even held off for the updated version, they destroyed the phone, well on my second one, tech services messed my husband's up no way....now they admit to a manufacture defect and do not wanna take responsibility whatsoever and neither does Samsung...., just sayin....

If you just purchased these phones...you might want to look at the LG Optimus phone...very nice phone.

Well since the last update it doesn't work well anymore at all, at first it was a coverage issue now they just dumped the Moment and Samsung will not follow through with the defective phones, I have lost alot of money and time, I am afraid to root my phone, but now I suppose it doesn't really matter, ugghhhh

Sometimes carriers do really odd things for the strangest reasons. It's at times like that when custom ROM's become really useful to restore functionality lost through carrier meddling.
