Help How to replace galaxy scrren ????

can anyone give me details on replacing a screen on a galaxy s.
I have bought a new screen on ebay. But am finding it very difficult to fully disaaemble the phone. I have got so far but cannot get the chrome trim off completely particularly at the ends.
Any help is gratefully appreciated.

You need a special tool to remove the cover plate as shown in this video.

Hi thanks for the info - that possibly gives me some clues - although that video if for a samsung fasinate whereas mine is a Samsung Galaxy S i9000.

Does anyone have any further information on my problem.

The Fascinate is the Verizon CDMA version of the Galaxy S. I would think it was the same procedure for all Galaxy S's.

Thanks again for the reply. I just looked a little different as he was undoing the screws. Mine seemed to have more to unscrew. Thanks.
