anybody know a good one?

I played a show last night and the bartender kept feeding me shots of patron... needless to say when I woke up for work today I realized free shots sometimes aren't as awesome as they make themselves out to be!

and don't give me any of that "yea, I gotta cure, don't drink!" shit either, I'm not in the mood

I'm afraid there's not much you can do when you are already hungover. I know this is a boring answer, but you should drink plenty of water when you drink alcohol. Also, I heard that Gatorade is perfect for hangovers (water and electrolytes), so you might want to drink a bottle before going to bed and another when you wake up.

And thanks for posting this, now I'll remember to bring Gatorade tonight.

Back in the days when I used to have those terrible things called hangovers (Saturday mornings), I realized I'd not consumed enough water with my drinks the previous night.

Time is the cure, of course. But I found that I would feel better to a significant degree by sipping a lot of warmed V-8 or tomato juice.

for some reason I almost always get hangovers these days... i get drunk usually once to twice a week and casually drink a beer or two most evenings so you would think I would have some kind of tolerance to hangovers lol

but gatorade does seem to help, i've been chugging a ton of water all day since I didn't have time to stop and grab anything this morning

I've never had a hangover before so I can't relate. I have quite a high tolerance and I typically only drink to get a nice buzz but not to get trashed. I have heard a few people mention the McGriddle cure though, not even joking.

depending how soon it is from the drinking to waking up, break and greasy foods with carbs seems to work (at least for me) and im not sure if this is 'legal' as i didnt read the entire list of do's and donts for the site, but try a little proposition 219 along with the food..followed by a nap

Water and aspirin after drinkimg and before going to sleep. But in your case, already hungover, not much to do but such it up. Drink water and take aspirin to take the edge off it too, but otherwise it's just waiting it out.

They even have them in the high end smoothie shops now and they are typically named along the lines of "hangover killer" or something catchy.

Google prickly pear hangover and you will find a plethora of articles on it along with some scientific evidence.

One cure I know of is 100% oxygen. What crew chiefs on B52 did after a weekend of partying. Go up in the plane and turn the oxygen system. 5 good min . And hang over gone.

I k ow this isn't practical in the civilian world. But only true cure I know that works.
