Hey guys

Can anyone who is running 2.2 and uses exchange email please answer the following question.

In version 2.2 are you able to accept and decline meeting invitations? Currenttly on the Galaxy S on version 2.1 you are not able to accept or decline meeting invitation.... i hoping this has been fixed in 2.2.

So can anyone confirm or deny?

thanks

I use the Samsung email client for Exchange with 2.1 and it looks like this:

I have a SBS 2003 Exchange server.

I didn't try the native Android email client.

The 'about' says:
"Samsung Social Hub Premium"
Brand: bell_can_na11
Version 7.52

It was bundled with my Bell i9000 Galaxy S, and installed from the included "Samsung Apps" application.

I am not aware of an apk for this, although you may be able to find it over at samsunggalaxysforums.com

Hi,

I managed to get "samsung email" app installed and configured exchange email. Everything fine so far, I see same look & feel of the screenshot you posted for UI.. but still i don't see accept/reject option as shown in your screen shot for calender invite!! it shows it as pure html email.

Am I missing something? Do i need to do any spl. configuration to get the invite accept/reject option? the email view is set to html now.

Update: I got it.. its available only in premium and wht i had is basic.. thanks for the info.. that made me explore and get it..
