Root Gmail Stuck in "Sending" Help for a Scooby??

Hey guys this has seemed to be a continous problem form me overtime. No matter how many times I wipe the phone and start from scratch it eventually comes back to this problem. Anything that I'm missing that is an easy fix??

I have to be able to send emails for work lol! By the way I am able to still rec emails just gets stuck in sending mode and will not send out??

I have had this from time to time. I don't remember doing anything in particular to fix. I know it's not ideal, but gmail in the web browser usually works

Ya.. it seems to be something with the stock Gmail App. I went ahead and installed K9 and I'm am loving it! Wow what a cool App!
