Are There Any Good Music Creation Apps?

I'm looking for apps which allow me to make music. Preferably something which does not just make crappy loops. Something with a staff or matrix would be nice. I want to unleash my creativity!!

I like Chordbot fairly well. it's not a TOTAL music customization program, but it's entertaining. The paid version offers a LOT more variety, fyi.

It's really sad to see that there's a total lack of music creation tools on the Android platform... I was expecting to see at least some of the wide spectrum of applications you get on the Iphone. The app developers are missing quite a market niche here, maybe it's time for them to open their eyes and get to work.
