Help Bluetooth handsfree does not access contact list

I have the motorola Droid and an lg blue tooth that I paired with this phone. When making a call using the handsfree device I am not able to access my contacts. I went to the Verizon store to see if there was a step I missed during set up. They were unable to fix the issue I have. Motorola was called and there are no known issues. Does anyone know of a fix?

do you mean you're not able to do voice dialing via your headset? for example, saying "Call fred flintstone" or whatever? if so that's a known issue by pretty much everyone. explain more clearly what you mean please.

liars! just like the verizon reps... they deny till the end.
