I am selling my Ally on Ebay. Wanted to get opinions on unrooting/ re-installing all the VZW and LG software before I sell, or just not bother?

Not sure if it really matters either way since LG won't honor a warranty if a phone is not orginal owner right?

Thanks for any help,

My oppinion is that yes you should put everything back the way it was (Stock) just like it was when you bought it.

I say this for two reasons. Whoever gets it may not want all of that crazy new fangled root stuff. LOL they might just want a working smart phone.

and the other reason is to protect yourself. you dont want there to be any way they could get any of your Information.

Its not hard to go Stock. Just use Death2all110's guide.

No worries.

How would you want to recieve some kind of merchandise from Ebay?

p.s. Just curious.... How much you hoping to get for it? I might be interested.

Well since this was moved to the Classifieds I will note that I have 2 Allys. Mine and my wife's. Both are used and both have had screen protectors at all time. Hers had a body guard thing as well. Will be including that. Pink in color. Otherwise I will ship only phone and wall charger.

Thanks
