i have my phone rooted and i did not have any custom roms installed. was looking to update to custom rom. so i downloaded one in rom manager. it installed fine and after reboot i had no internet connection and the sdcard had errors on it and it wouldnt do anything other than let me format it i did not format it. i previously did a backup with titanium backup. when i try to do restore it says no files are there. bt the card is not formated. on a computer i can see files. and now that phone has been rebooted it only brings me to an all white screen. iv tried to load the downgrade file and it wont load it says it is bad. i do not have the nov update i am running 2.2 tho.

any ideas??? im using a mac if that helps at all
the no internet was due to an outage in my area last night.
tried putting the desired rom and the stock rom on a sd card and when it tries to load it goes too fast i cant read it bt it doesnt load it..

boot into recovery and restore a Nand backup....you did make one didn't you?? if not you need to load a rom onto your sd card and load it from recovery.
You should be loading roms from recovery (black screen, green text) not h-boot(white screen)

I did not do a nand backup. I downloaded a stock 2.2 froyo to upload and it won't install on the card. I don't care about the info on my card I have it on my other phone. I put the pb1131 or whatever it is file on the card on the root screen and I turn the phone on with power and volume down and go to recovery and get the black screen and green letters then I go to install zip from sdcard then choose zip from sdcard. And then pick the pb1131 file and no luck
