I bought an Intercept recently and I haven't had any major problems. The only thing that keeps happening is I like to leave the volume for the ringer at full so I can hear it ring. When I leave the phone, sometimes it will randomly turn the volume of the ringer all the way down to vibrate only. When I go back to the phone I have to use the clicker to turn it all the way up again. I thought maybe I was pushing the volume down button by accident in my pocket but it happens even when I leave it flat on my desk. It is happening about 2-3 times a day now and is very annoying. My friend has the exact same phone and says it never happened to him so I returned my phone and got a new one and the exact same thing is now happening on my new phone. Anybody know why this is happening and something I can do to fix it?

Maybe you're hitting the volume slide on the lock screen by accident, perhaps? I just checked & you can do it w/o unlocking, so maybe you're butt-muting? LOL
