I will try to keep this list updated as I update it over there.

Hey guys, I am about to get a DX and I definitely wanna put a custom ROM on it. The question I have is that overall system performance is my main concern, and with so many custom ROM's available for the DX on this list and me being a newbie I have no idea what differentiates one from the other.

Can someone recommend me a ROM that they have experience with and feel it is superior to the others in terms of performance? I would like one that is fairly mature in the sense that its not the developers first ROM so there are little to no bugs to sort out with follow up updates. I have no problems donating to the developer of whichever ROM I choose to go with if I am happy with the product.

Is there any way to list the ones that include deodex in them and the ones you have to deodex manually before you download them? Also, which of these work on the new update 2.3.340?

I beleive all the roms are deodexed and if installing on non-deodexed system the rom will deodex it upon installation..

As far as the what works on 2.3.340, you would have to go to each roms post and see what the creator has noted. Now that 2.3.320 and .340 is out, most roms are being based off those.

That's cool. Please excuse my laziness, I shouldn't have even requested you go through all that work, my apologies. Maybe since I was the ass in making the request, I'll go ahead and catagorize them by which works on which version.
