hey guys just got my samsung captivate yesturday and was wondering how do you cancel the nav.... i was messing around with it and i got a txt saying that it was activated....i know u get 30 days free, but im not gonna use it, so just wondering how do you deactivate it....thanks again

it says the "ATT navigator"....i opened it and it says for the first 30 days it was free then its gonna charged me after that.....then a couple of seconds later i got a txt saying that the navigator has been activated...

You should try either the Captivate forum, or AT&T themselves as they're the ones apparently charging you

Well, it wouldn't work if it were inactive, now would it?
Anyway, what's important is: did you enter any credit card, or PayPal, or other numbers or account information or such to enable that 'activation'?

I would worry about carrier billing for something like this
