Hi all,
I have been a WinMo fanboy for years. I got to the point of flashing ROMs, then finally building my own with BuildOS for my Sprint Mogul. I have just switched over to Verizon and purchased a Moto Droid. I will receive it in the mail on Tuesday 22, 2009. I have been endlessly searching the web for the best forums, compiling lists of top apps that interest me, and learning about rooting and other possibilities people are working on.
I can already tell that I will end up an Android fanboy very quickly and btw I learn quickly as well. As I learn more, I will always be happy to help others when I can.
That said. I was hoping for some of you veterans to kindly supply me with links to important forums/tutorials that you feel will help fast-track my understanding of this OS and open my eyes to development tools. I am very interested in getting to the point of building apps and ROMs as quickly as possible.
Thanks in advance for ANY help here. I'm very excited to be a part of this community you have all created.
