Root [ROM] ApeX 1.3.1 for Droid X - Running, running, as fast as it can (12/16/10)

how can i change this, im using the nexolution them, and everytime you press menu button you cant see the text because it is all whited out. is there anyway to fix this? sorry for the large screen shot, dont know how to resize

i do remember fab saying something that if you are having problems coming from 1.3.0 to try factory data reset, i may give that a try and see if it helps

I think the problem stems from the maps app. The first time you want to navigate, you have to launch the course from within the maps app, not the navigation icon.

It doesn't matter for subsequent trips.

For the last couple pf days, my gmail has not been syncing to the phone. I have tried the setting>applications>manage applications>clear data but it does not seem to be syncing. Is there something else I can try?

Just to be sure, if you long press on the home screen and go to widgets, add the power control widget. Make sure the sync icon is active.

it says the ApeX uses the gingerbread/nexus one live wallpaper as default, but everytime i install it i get a grass wallpaper. then, when i change it the nexus one, its slightly different than what the screenshots show. any ideas why?

Because those are older screenshots. By the way, it says it comes with the live wallpaper from the Nexus S. That's the one you're looking at. If you want to change it, just use the script.

I notice it when there is a program that have a more menu and i press the more button it brings up the white menu with white letters, in these 2 examples, it is in the web browser and handcent sms.

Wait I can just do that to go straight back to 1.3?

Thats what I did. Just make sure you wipe everything like a fresh install.

I was getting the itch to flash a new ROM a few days ago (was on Apex 1.3.1)... after 2 days, I finally got fed up with GummyJar and flashed back just now to Apex. GummyJar was sluggish on my phone and I felt like it wasn't as polished as Apex. I'm sure Kejar is a great dev and I'm not busting on his work, but yet again I come back to Apex for its stability and speed. + all the good blur and none of the crap.

I'm having the same issue with Nexolution. For some strange reason, the sub-menus of settings menus of many apps are white on white. Actually, it's the majority of apps for me.

When I checked out the GJ Rom, it didn't have this issue. Can you take a look at it Fab? Thanks.

I had the same issue and switched from the aosp gallery back to the blur and now they all show up again.
