Help Can not unlock phone

Thanks to my nefu playing around with my phone and trying to unlock my phone with the pattern thing, my htc magic has gone into full lock mode...or whatever it's called. It tells me to sign into gmail to unlock the phone, but when i enter my info it will not sign in. Just to be shure I had all the info right I signed into gmail with my computer and it works, but not with my phone..

What's going on and how do i fix ): help please..

I have had the same thing happen to me and can not find a fix

The first time when i posted this I had to reset my phone to factory settings, but it happened again (lucky me :\) and I kept trying and eventually it worked!

i just had this problem with my magic but i found this post that gives this fix:

enter your gmail email address + 'null' for password

worked from the first time for me!
