Yes Argastes, I am talking about the App Dock. Meaning if you click on Appliations and you see all the ATT stuff in there. I was thinking there might be a way to throw all those in a folder.

Baldilocks....that is good info...thanks for the help with that.

get launcher pro. Way better than touch wiz. Lets you hide anything you want. Way easy.

Wow, being able to hide apps in the app drawer changes everything! Up to now, I had thought that there was no way to do this, so I basically had everything I would normally use stuffed into folders on my home screens, to make it faster than having to scan through all the apps. Great, now I get to once again spend a ton of time thinking about how I am to rearrange everything on my phone!

I did this:
1. Select 'Folders'
2. New Folder (The new folder will now appear on your screen.)
3. Click on Folder
4. Click and hold where it says Folder and rename it if you wish.

To Add apps to the folder:
1. Open folder.
2. Click on App Tray in the dock.
3. Long press and hold the program(s) you want to move and they will go into the folder.

Indeed, it put ATT Family into the folder I created--AND left it in Apps! Now I have two of them instead of hiding it away in a storage folder.

Then, somehow I dragged it and it moved from inside the open folder onto the main screen desktop. I want it inside the created folder ("Unused"), not on the desktop and not in Apps! Please tel me how to accomplish.
First day with the phone by the way.

I am technically adept, but I know nothing about this phone--yet.
