Make a folder named FONTS in your sdcard.
Put any font file .ttf in it (only one at a time)
download and extract the script in the root of your sdcard
Run the Script in terminal emulator ( ATTACHED) on your phone or in CMD on PC

If you are using CMD first type
adb shell and than type the below code

su
cd /sdcard
sh fonts.sh
your phone will reboot after running this script to make changes.

This script : -

  1. will rename the font placed in the fonts folder
  2. will replace:) the fonts
  3. will create backup of your original font in your sdcard.
Cheers :)

EDIT : Original fonts attached just incase you want to go back

Yes :D You used too many echos a think :D But good work anyway :) I appreciate that you keep such a good work :)

The real headache was to pick any file name and change them to Droidsans... those 4lines of script made me go through so many forums of Linux... I wanted a script in which people would had to do minimal work.. I guess I'm successful.. did you try it yet?

PS - I'll never buy the Linux OS

Yes ofc I have tried it :) Works good :/ but it has to be the font problem that it makes some kind of squares in stead of some letters :) And for example if the icon title is too long some letters are missing :/ I have to find better font :D
Definite success :)

Linux is open source :) You don't have to buy it lol :D

My mode of context was I'll never have it as my working OS.. :)

I'm using "black chancery" as my font for now :)
