alarm help , URGENT

last 2 days the hero alarm has not got me up for work ,as far as i can see i have set alarm etc , what am i doing wrong or am i better downloading an alarm app (if so which one) , many thx prior to answers cos if i dont resolve this i am in TROUBLE

stop killing the clock process with your task killer. i am assuming you have one cos 100% of people with your problem find this resolves the issue.

I have task killer on homescreen , so I take it when pressed kills alarm , but alarm sign at top stays on , guess set alarm last thing

Yeah don't kill the 'clock' with taskpanel or task killer app after you have set the alarm.
