Root Please help with rooting

Hi my name is Sage I have been trying to root my phone for a couple of weeks now I recently discovered unrevoked, so I installed the drivers and ran the setup only to go all the way through until I got to "waiting for reboot" now I have been here for five minutes now, whats going on? =/

My software version is 2.2 and my phone is a htc legend

I am new to this concept, please help!

Looks to be a little work in order to root. Check that thread and follow the first few prerequisites to determine which root method you need to follow.

I've moved your question to the Legend "All Things Root" sub-forum, where there are plenty of Legend users who can see your issues and help you.
