Help TFT -vs- OLED - is the OLED worth more $$$ ?

As it is known all new Orange San Francisco phones sold toady are equipped with the TFT and not OLED displays. Still - some OLED ones can be had, but for about 50 Euro more.

My question is - is the OLED worth more money compared to TFT. Or in other words - how large is the difference for the user? What about battery life?

I personally wouldn't waste 50 euros on the difference, the colours on the OLED screen look a bit brighter, but I find the TFT screen on my SF fantastic, battery life is dependent on what ROM and apps you use

Yes I agree I have the white TFT version and I'm very happy with the screen
