Answer/Decline buttons messed up

When i get a call and the 2 arrows come up(updated software) and u slide right to answer left to end, the graphic for my arrows are pointing up but i still slide over.. heres a picture in paint to illistrate what i mean..any imput? it started doing this a few days ago, so like a week after the software update.

This sometimes happens to me because the phone is confused if it is in portrait or landscape mode. However, It should not stick. If it happens to me, I only see it for one to two seconds. I recommend getting the update again, or checking it out at the Verizon store.

I am the Verizon store haha, i work for Verizon Wireless. Ive never seen anything and Im smarter than my technicians ever would be so Its up to me to figure it out. I was thinking, redo the software update, how would i roll back to the old software so i can re-dl the new?

oh man. I would figure you would know. Well, When I got my phone replaced, it came with 2.0 on it. after a bout an hour, it asked me if I wanted 2.0.1, so maybe if you roll back or hard reset, it will ask you to update. Otherwise, there is a thread in this forum on how to manual update, but I had issues with the manual update that lead to my phone replacement , I got a bugged version...

Yea I dont wanna really hard reset because im lazy lol..But its not even a big enough deal for me to care. Just figured ide throw it out there incase anyone had a quickfix or something. thanks for feedback

I guess you can just wait till the next upgrade. If you work at verizon maybe ask some other people that work with you if they know how to re-do the 2.0.1 update painlessly.

On topic though -- I had this and I think a battery pull fixed it as it seems to be gone now.

It was me, and it got moved to support/troubleshooting here.
I turned off my phone and turned it back on and it's fixed so far. I didn't have to battery pull or hard reset.

...also can you please post the wallpaper your using for your phone???!!!

I tryed a reset i guess ill re-dl 2.0.1 and see what happenes..Weird part is thast it started a few days asfter the software update, not immidiately.

edit: I thought i did a reset of some sort since but apparently i didnt, just reset my phone and it fixed lol..im stupid =) thanks guys

Yeah it seemed like a passing bug I only saw it once or twice and seems fine now. Reset/battery pull/whatever seems to fix it easily.

Definitely one of the funniest Android bugs to date
