Okay so I just flashed myn's 2.2 and have been looking at themes and I think I found one that I would like to use, but I can't find any instructions on how to install them. I assume you just flash it as a zip from recovery just like almost everything else but I wanted to make sure before I try.

1) Make sure it's compatible with Myn's 2.2 (i.e. make sure there are no mod incompatibilities and make sure it's a Sense theme, obviously).
2) Make sure the developer has specified that it's a flashable zip. There are other types of themes (metamorph for example).

What theme is it? I should be able to answer those questions for you. If it's just a normal theme, and it's compatible, just flash it from recovery like you would a ROM or any mod. You'll need to wipe cache and dalvik, but there's no need to wipe data.

Yes I do but I have one more question that hopefully you can answer while I am getting it, when I flashed the ROM the clock is telling me the correct weather for my area but it is not giving me the correct city for my location, in fact it is giving me a city in Norway, do you know how I could fix this?

Ah, yeah, that should work with any ROM, but it will change the theme to whichever clock that is. I'm going to guess that'd be the default one for mik's.

Here's the one straight from JsChiSurf:

xda-developers - View Single Post - [MOD][PORT][APP]Vanilla Locks & Gestures (Multi-Silder/Rotary) & Config. App - Sense

As for the location issue, here's a few reference threads for you:

tried restarting, toggling auto sync, toggling gps and tower location, tried wiping data for all apps that have to do with the clock/weather

Those are the typical things to try. What about app cache? Did you try clearing that (if applicable)? You might also try stopping all weather related apps/widgets, removing the widgets, clearing data/cache for them, rebooting into recovery, wiping cache/dalvik, then booting back up and readding the widget. It might be overkill, and it might even do anything, but it might help. Give it a shot.

I started reading those threads you gave me and apparently it has been happening to a few people and not just people that are rooted but if it ever happens again I will try to wipe cache/dalvik first and see if that actually fixes it. And this thread has gotten a little off topic lol, but thanks for your help with the clock and the theming, although I think I changed my mind on which theme I want.

Yeah there are a lot of things I like about each theme I just wish there was one that had ll the stuff I wanted in it, or the things i mostly want are the circle battery and a five by five workspace but when I find one that has both of those it either removes something I want or adds something I don't want.

Yeah, that's the thing with mods - they are usually done in only a couple of different framework files. If you flash one mod, you're likely replacing the entire framework file, which will undo whatever mods were done in that file. That's why mods (generally theming) usually have to be packaged together. If you have trouble finding the exact combination you want, you can learn how to modify framework files yourself (which isn't to hard if combining existing work) or request it from a mod/theme developer.
