Help Phone can't asnwer calls

So before I ask, I searched the Huawei forum for my question but no luck.

My service provider is Cricket.

My problem is every time I get an incoming call, I get a pop up on my phone that says, "Sorry! Te process com.android. phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
Why and what can I do to fix this problem.

You will need to hard reset. This will erase all data, including all apps, but you will not need to purchase any apps that you previously purchased. Comtacts under your google account will be restored. Turn off phone, press and hold volume UP, End Key, and power until you get a black screen with options. Select wipe data/factory reset, select yes. Then select wipe cache partition. Select yes.

I'm not a Senior member,but Joser116 is right,he wouldn't offer advice if it wasn't spot on.If you still have doubts,read his posts & threads,you will see that he definitely knows this phone inside out.
